1. Which airports in the Netherlands do you fly to?
We drive to every commercial airport in the Netherlands, which means we have fixed rates for: Amsterdam Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport,
Eindhoven Airport, Maastricht Aachen Airport and Groningen Eelde Airport.
2. Which airports in Germany do you fly to?
We drive to almost all airports in Germany, often close to the Dutch border such as Bremen, Munster, Weeze, Dortmund, Cologne, but also to airports further into Germany such as Paderborn, Hannover, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Stuttgart and Munich.
3. Which airports in Belgium do you fly to?
We drive in Belgium to the airports of
Antwerp, Brussels Zaventem, Ostend, Liège/Luik and Charleroi
4. Which airports in France do you serve?
In France, we have fixed rates for Paris airports, which means Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports have fixed, affordable rates. All other airports in France are available upon request.
5. How far in advance should I book the taxi?
The sooner the better! Once you've booked your trip, it's helpful to reserve your taxi immediately. This allows us to take this into account in our planning and guarantee a taxi is available for you. Our policy is that you can reserve your taxi up to 48 hours in advance. If your trip takes place within 48 hours, it's based on availability, and we offer no guarantees.
6. Until when can I cancel the taxi free of charge?
You can cancel your taxi reservation free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you've already paid for the taxi online, your payment will be refunded to your account within 5 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
7. How can I book a taxi?
You can book a taxi with us entirely online on our website using the order form. If you prefer to book your taxi by email, you can, of course, do so by sending an email.
8. How can I reach you by phone from abroad?
When calling from abroad, you must add the country code before your phone number, and the first zero of the area code is omitted. The country code for the Netherlands is 0031. To reach us, please also dial 0031 85 - 800 15 22.
9. What are your opening hours?
Our taxi transport never stops and continues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on 0031 85 - 800 15 22.
Outside customer service opening hours, in case of emergency you will be transferred to the operator or driver on duty.
10. What are the payment options?
When you book a taxi online with us, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, and other methods. You can also pay the driver, but only by credit- and/or debit card. For security reasons, our driver is no longer permitted to accept cash payments. Regular customers and business associates also have the option of paying by invoice.
11. Do I also have to make a deposit or prepayment?
Normally, you can always pay for your desired taxi ride via online transaction or in the taxi
In exceptional cases, you may be asked for a deposit or advance payment before the ride begins. Read more about this in our terms and conditions.
12. I booked a trip through a travel agency, can I still book a taxi through you?
If you haven't yet arranged a taxi through your travel agency, you are, of course, free to book one yourself. However, you can often arrange your taxi through your travel agency and, if desired, indicate that you prefer to book through Airport Service Holland. We work with many travel agencies, including the one where you booked your trip.
13. Can I be combined with other passengers?
No, with us you order a private taxi and you do not have to share it with other passengers.
14. Can I take a pet in the taxi?
Pets are permitted under certain conditions: Small lap dogs are permitted and are free of charge. Larger dogs are permitted only in a suitable crate and for an additional fee of €50 per trip. Other pets must also be in a suitable crate and not be allowed loose in the vehicle. In principle, this crate counts as regular checked baggage and can be taken free of charge, provided it does not exceed the maximum checked baggage allowance. 15. I'm traveling with my child, do you have child seats?
As a parent, you are responsible for transporting your children correctly and legally. Therefore, we do not provide child seats. However, you can bring your own child seats in the taxi and have us store them for you during your trip so we can retrieve them on your return journey. 16. I would like to take a stroller with me, is that possible?
A stroller, buggy, or other related item often takes up a lot of space and therefore falls into the category of "unusual baggage." While it is possible to take such an item, certain conditions apply . These are described in our general terms and conditions under the heading "Baggage."
17. Where should I be at Schiphol to be picked up?
When we pick you up from Schiphol Airport to return home, we are happy to pick you up from Departure Hall 03, Door B. This is when you arrive at Schiphol Airport. Follow the signs for "Departure Hall 03" (one floor up).
You will then find several revolving doors on the window side, each labeled A through D.
We are happy to pick you up from door B for Bravo.
18. What time can I expect the taxi?
For every reservation, we require the taxi to arrive fifteen minutes before the scheduled time if it can arrive up to fifteen minutes after the scheduled time.
For example: If you booked a taxi for 3:00 PM, the taxi will arrive between 2:45 PM and 3:15 PM.
Therefore, we request that you always be ready to depart at least 15 minutes beforehand.
19. My flight has been changed, what should I do?
Your flight may be changed by the airline. You can, of course, simply let us know and we will adjust it for you free of charge. You can contact us by phone at 0031 85 - 800 15 22 or email us at info@airportserviceholland.nl (please include your reservation number or trip number).
We do request that you inform us of the change as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule and ensure your taxi arrives on time.
